Monks’ Baguette Crisps start with our small batch, hand crafted, artisanal baguette dough. The dough is cold fermented to enhance flavor and texture, baked into baguettes, then sliced and baked a second time to create these crunchy, satisfying baguette crisps.
Monks’ Baguette Crisps are a snack on their own, or paired with hummus, bruschetta, cheese, or charcuterie. They make a delicious side with soups and salads, too.
