Monks’ Cheese Crisps are a (totally addictive!) cracker or chip made of solid cheese. They can be served as a light appetizer, with wine, crumbled into soup or salad, or added to a sandwich or burger for a distinctive twist.
Asiago is a rich, nutty cheese often paired with Sauvignon Blanc.
