Maple-Cinnamon Bread Pudding

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Heat milk and butter until butter has melted.
  3. Place bread cubes and honey (or other sweetener) in a large bowl.
  4. In another bowl, beat eggs, salt, and vanilla.
  5. Mix in milk mixture, then pour all over bread cubes.
  6. Stir, then pour into a buttered 9x13 inch pan.
  7. Bake 35-40 minutes, until knife inserted comes out clean.
  8. Serve warm with maple syrup drizzled over. Enjoy!
